MEET TULA
Tula Mapuana Striffler was born in Honolulu and is of Native
Hawaiian descent. Her ohana (Haupu and Yomes) comes from Hilo
and Pearl City respectively. She grew up in San Diego and has
worked for the US Government for over 20 years. Tula has been as active member
of the Hawaiian community and has held positions with the Hui O'
Hawaii, Koa O Hawaii VFW Ladies Auxiliary, and Hawaiian
Intertions.com. She has one daughter Paialani and one
dog-daughter Maikaiwahine.
